The Kids' New Room!

Part of Drew's birthday present was a room makeover! When we were in Phoenix with Addie, he got in the REALLY BAD habit of sleeping with us! When we got home, Matt built him a bed and he would not sleep in it! So, when we moved he just bought him a mattress...on the floor as we didn't want to buy a bed that he wasn't going to sleep in! The kids shared a room, but Addie was still in a crib! Drew decided he wanted bunk beds and he wanted the top and Addie had to have the bottom! So, we made the transition and it has been great! Meme and Sluggo bought the bunk beds for Drew and Grandma did an excellent job sewing my idea of the perfect western bedding! It turned out pretty cute

Drew Turns FOUR!!!!

I can't believe my baby is already 4....though he talks and act like he's about 15 :) This year he decided he wanted to go to Sea World instead of having a birthday party with his friends! Worked for us....

Since we didn't go to Sea World ON his birthday...he picked the next best place.... ChuckECheeses of course ;)


He was in heaven.... played games, ate pizza, had a chocolate cake and Chuck E sang to him! What more could a 4 year old ask for!

The next day we had a small family party for him! And he got to invite one friend....so of course he chose Bradley! He had lots of fun and said it was by far the best birthday ever!!!
